This course aims to give you the information and skills you need to feel confident in exercising again and returning to your normal level of activity safely. It can be done alongside your normal exercise routine, or as a stand alone course. This course is suitable even if you are not used to exercising.
Included in this course is:
You will need: mat, cushions, a long light and medium exercise band, light weights (or tins), a dowel (or rolling pin / umbrella) and a small Pilates ball.
