Feel confident, strong and pain free when doing every day activities and sport, with our specific Pilates for shoulder pain course. This collection of videos is designed by physiotherapists and will help you improve your range of movement, strength and the stability in your shoulders.


Throughout the course you will work on:

These long and short classes are mixed with education which covers:

  • shoulder anatomy and how your shoulder should move
  • myth busting common mistakes and why your upper traps are not the enemy

This course aims to give you the information and skills you need to feel confident in exercising again and returning to your normal level of activity safely. It can be done alongside your normal exercise routine, or as a stand alone course. This course is suitable even if you are not used to exercising.

You will need: mat, cushions, a long light and medium exercise band, light weights (or tins), a dowel (or rolling pin / umbrella) and a small Pilates ball.
